Eidelweiss is a community of about 400 homes located in Madison, New Hampshire. You can find mountain homes with views, waterfront homes with sandy beaches, new construction, and original chalets in Eidelweiss. The neighborhood is build around 3 ponds (Little Pea, Middle Pea, and Big Pea Porridge Ponds). You can walk to one of five sandy beaches from many homes in Eidelweiss.
There is no formal association in Eidelweiss. There is a voluntary homeowners’ association. You can get some information on that group here. Most of the restrictions are found in the town’s zoning ordinances which you can find here. You can also get useful information at the Village District of Eidelweiss web site found here.
Eidelweiss is mostly vacation homes. It is a excellent area for rentals. The beach access, proximity to King Pine, North Conway, and other ski areas make it very desirable.
