Nordic Village is a condominium complex in Bartlett, New Hampshire. These units are located just north of Story Land.
Nordic Village condos offer some of the best amenities in the Mount Washington Valley. They include indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, hot tubs, pond, tennis courts and more. These condos are known for their strong rental numbers, sometimes grossing $40K+ per year.
Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are considering a purchase at Nordic Village:
- These units do not qualify for traditional financing so you'll need to get a portfolio loan (slightly higher rate)
- The on-site rental program is very good (about a 50/50 split)
- Some owners rent independently.
