Click here for association website - Established in 1988, the original 200 acres was divided into 107 building lots located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley overlooking the Moats mountain range. Phase I consisted of 51 home lots, all of which have been sold and 41 homes have been built to date. Phase II site work was completed in late 2011, the Town & State approvals received in June, 2012 and 54 additional home lots came to market in May, 2016.
