Weekends are fun when there is nothing on the honey do list.... New construction means you can actually relax and enjoy your time in New Hampshire! Once the snow falls, you can ride a snowmobile directly from your property and access a massive trail network. You can also cross country ski for miles. In the summer, there is an amazing beach on Moore's pond, a basketball court, pickle ball and tennis courts and walking trails. Ski and Beach is quick trip to North Conway but far enough out that you can avoid the crowds. The smallest room in this house is one of the best, it's an 18x8 mudroom that will catch all of the gear and evidence from your adventures in the snow and at the beach. The living room has a huge vaulted ceiling and opens into the kitchen. There is also a master bedroom with private bath. Upstairs is a second bedroom, den/office/extra room and another full bathroom. The full basement is ready to be finished and stubbed in for another bathroom. The house is under construction so there is time to pick some finishing touches and there are some optional upgrades available, but don't wait long!
