Lisa Davis is a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with deep roots in the White Mountains and a long-standing passion for real estate. She brings a well-rounded background to her work with buyers and sellers. Originally from Ashland, Massachusetts, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville before spending several years traveling and living in North Lake Tahoe, California, where she met her husband.

Drawn back to New England to be closer to family, Lisa and her husband ultimately settled in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, where she has lived for over 20 years. In the early 2000s, they renovated and flipped homes throughout North Conway, Bartlett, and Jackson, a hands-on experience that shaped her strong understanding of home value, design potential, and the local market.

Today, Lisa works with clients across both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, bringing knowledge, approachability, and attention to detail to every transaction. She is committed to helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

Lisa lives in Bartlett, New Hampshire with her husband, two children, and their three dogs. Outside of real estate, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time at lakes or rivers with her family. She is also a New Hampshire Justice of the Peace, a family portrait photographer, and the owner/president of her family’s food brokerage company.
